MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
- Members must book their desired studio time at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and studio approval.
- All cancellations require 48-hour notice to minimise lost opportunities for other members and guests.
- All unused hours will expire at the end of the month. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month.
- Studio membership hours are non-transferable.
- Members are welcome to use all included studio equipment plus add-on equipment such as lighting and coloured backdrops. We just ask that you let one of our team members know precisely what equipment you will need for your studio rental prior to your start time.
- Members can have up to six guests in the studio during their booking. Please inform the studio host of additional guests, as additional guests are subject to a charge and host approval.
- Members will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. The billing cycle begins on the sign-up date and recurs on the same date each month.
- Payments will be automatically charged to the member's chosen payment method on the due date. Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.
- A grace period of 5 days post the due date will be allowed for any late payments without incurring additional fees.
- Members will be notified via email and/or phone if their payment is late. Reminder notices will be sent periodically until the outstanding balance is cleared.
- If payment is not received within 15 days after the due date (including the grace period), membership services may be suspended until the balance is paid in full. Continued non-payment for over 30 days may result in termination of the membership. Any outstanding balance will still be due.
- Members can contact the studio in cases of financial hardship to discuss potential payment plans or temporary adjustments to their membership terms.
- Memberships can be canceled within 15 days of renewal with written notice.
- Upon cancellation, all unused hours will be void at the end of the membership period.
- Custom memberships can be created for special cases as determined by the studio.
